I don’t understand why I have to go through this, and I don’t know why that person made such comments in their work environment, but this has happened more than once.

From the early days of my debut, I encountered higher-ups several times. They have never acknowledged us. Living in Korea, I understood that I should show more respect to older individuals. I thought not greeting someone was rude as a human being. I’ve felt a certain atmosphere in the company—it’s hard to articulate, and it’s a feeling only those who have experienced it can understand.

I saw company employees cursing NewJeans on an app called Blind. I also saw the head of the company's PR team trying to downplay our Japanese debut results. Seeing that, I became convinced that it wasn't just a feeling, but that the company hated us.

Regarding the 'Ignore' incident, they tried to brush it off with 'there’s no evidence, so what can we do? I heard there's CCTV footage of us greeting each other. I explained the situation, but I didn't understand why there was only footage of us greeting each other in the beginning, so I checked the CCTV, and just as I was told, only the first 8 seconds of footage was cut off, and the 5 minutes to 10 minutes footage later, they said it wasn't there. There's evidence that they're lying. So I thought I could ask to meet with the manager. I thought that if it was a misunderstanding, I should resolve it and move on.
